Scope of Services:

• Hurst CPA will provide accounting services as agreed upon in the engagement agreement. Any additional services may require separate agreements.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services. Timely response to inquiries and cooperation throughout the engagement are crucial.

Fees and Payments:

• Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered by Hurst CPA. Invoices are payable within the specified timeframe outlined in the engagement agreement.

Cancellation and Refund:

• Both Hurst CPA and the client reserve the right to cancel the engagement for any reason. See Refund and Cancellation Policies.

Confidentiality:

• Hurst CPA maintains the confidentiality of client information. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties without written consent.

Ownership of Work:

• All work products, reports, and documents prepared by Hurst CPA remain the property of Hurst CPA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data Protection:

• Hurst CPA adheres to a strict Data Privacy Policy to protect client data. By engaging our services, you consent to the terms outlined in our Data Privacy Policy.

Indemnification:

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Hurst CPA harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services.

Termination of Services:

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for completed work become immediately due.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
